Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is offered in the Enrichment Center. It consists of personal meetings with Sr. Antonia and is based on the directee's spiritual needs and desires.

In spiritual direction the director

• helps the person to notice, "to respond and to grow in intimacy with God and to live out the consequences of this relationship."

• acts as a listening, supportive person who creates an atmosphere where one can look honestly at his or her relationship with God, as it is lived out in everyday life.

Spiritual direction in an important ministry in the Enrichment Center because we believe that it is very helpful for most people to have someone to help them on their faith journey as they grow closer to God.

How often does one meet with a spiritual director?
Frequency of visits varies with the person and with the happenings in one's life at any given time. Some people come once a week, others every two weeks, some each month.
