SPIRITUAL BOOK CLUB The Spiritual Enrichment Center hosts a book club with a difference � A SPIRITUAL BOOK CLUB! The members meet every Tuesday afternoon from 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. to discuss the assigned reading. The selected chapters are read in advance and prepared for discussion. Sr. Antonia facilitates the sometimes lively and always thought-provoking sharing. It has proven to be a valuable spiritual growth experience for those attending. -0-0-0-0-
PEACE AND JUSTICE BOOK CLUB Growing out of the need to know more about social justice, a second book club was formed. "Doing Faith Justice" by Fred Kammer, S.J., laid the foundation by presenting the Catholic Church's rich heritage of social thought from the Old Testament through the papal documents. Social activists as well as those pondering the move into activism will benefit from this book club which meets on Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. See the calendar for the upcoming book to be read. C S LEWIS & FRIENDS BOOK CLUB
Join us for a discussion of the works of one of the most creative and respected Christian authors of the Twentieth Century. We will be meeting at Spiritual Enrichment Center on the campus of St. Eugene's Cathedral 360 Farmers Lane, Santa Rosa on alternate Wednesdays beginning July 1st. John Strong facilitates discussion for this book club.
